  • We do not have a minimum/maximum for orders paid by Bitcoin. For Wire Transfer payments, minimum order is £100.
  • To shop from our web site, we strongly suggest you to create an account. You can do this before placing your order or afterwards by creating a new password or just using your Google credentials. Once the account is created and an order is placed, you can then monitor the status of it by clicking 'My Account' link on top of your webpage and logging in. On the left you will see 'Orders'. There you can view all your orders and their status e.g. payment info, pending payments, shipment status.

  • In all cases the delivery is managed by Royal Mail in UK.

  • It is very important to follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid any delays. Once you have completed the payment and the money is cleared, your shipment is usually shipped on the same day. Cryptocurrency payments(Bitcoin etc) are completed in minutes, for others it may take 1-2 business days)
  • Intex Pharma and Hemi Pharma orders are shipped domestically within UK so the delivery time is 1-2 business days. Hilma Biocare ships from Europe with a delivery time of 1-3 weeks. For pharmaceutical grade items this may extend to 2-3 weeks as they ship from Turkey.

    • We usually respond to your messages, emails, order related questions etc in maximum of minutes to couple of hours.
