Oxandrolone is an oral anabolic steroid derived from dihydro-testosterone. It was designed to have a very strong separation of anabolic and androgenic effect, and no significant estrogenic or pro-gestational activity. Oxandrolone is noted for being quite mild as far as oral steroids are concerned, well tailored for the promotion of strength and quality muscle tissue gains without significant side effects. Administration (Men):
The original prescribing guidelines for Anavar called for a daily dosage of between 2.5 mg and 20 mg per day (5-10 mg being most common). This was usually recommended for a period of two to four weeks, but occasionally it was taken for as long as three months. The usual dosage for physique- or performance-enhancing purposes is in the range of 15-30 mg per day, taken for 6 to 8 weeks. These protocols are not far removed from those of normal therapeutic situations.
Oxandrolone is often combined with other steroids for a more dramatic result. For example, while bulking one might opt to add in 200-400 mg of a testosterone ester (cypionate, enanthate, or propionate) per week. The result should be a considerable gain in new muscle mass, with a more comfortable level of water and fat retention than if taking a higher dose of testosterone alone. For dieting phases, one might alternately combine oxandrolone with a non-aromatizing steroid such as 150 mg per week of a trenbolone ester or 200-300 mg of Primobolan (methenolone enanthate). Such stacks are highly favoured for increasing definition and muscularity. An in-between (lean mass gain) might be to add in 200-400 mg of a low estrogenic compound like Deca-Durabolin (nandrolone decanoate) or Equipoise (boldenone undecylenate).
Administration (Women):
The original prescribing guidelines for Anavar did not offer separate dosing recommendations for women, although it was indicated that women who were pregnant, or may become pregnant, should not use the drug. Women who fear the masculinizing effects of many steroids would be quite comfortable using this drug, as these properties are very rarely seen with low doses. For physique- or performance-enhancing purposes, a daily dosage of 5-10 mg should illicit considerable growth without the noticeable androgenic side effects of other drugs. This would be taken for no longer than 4-6 weeks. Eager females may wish to add another mild anabolic such as Winstrol, Primobolan or Durabolin. When combined with such anabolics, the user should notice faster, more pronounced muscle-building effects, but it may also increase the likelihood of seeing androgenic side effects (or hepatotoxicity in the case of Winstrol).

Oxandrolone is a very blood pressure and cholesterol friendly anabolic steroid compared to ‘hard-core’ anabolics like tren or deca.
I’d still recommend doing no more than 4 weeks and then take break and rest your liver for 1-2 weeks and repeat the cycle if necessary.

Today pumps of 50mgs of Anavar was like nothing I had experienced before. I was doing biceps today and after my first set, I couldn’t even bend my arms to 90 degrees at the elbow. I made a mistake and had my all Anavar in the morning with breakfast which was 30mg. Then I read and found out the Anavar half life is 8 hours, which is one of the shortest of any steroid. So you should adjust Anavar dosage to 2-3 times per day.

I used it for mild muscle gain and my joints. My experience is that while on anavar, the tendons and joints are less sore & feel better, but after you finish cycle you need to use collagen proteins otherwise they may not have enough time to recuperate.

My first time using Anavar, I have been looking for something I could take that wouldn’t cripple my cardio. I’m male, 42. I took a very mild dose. 5mg per day (2.5 morning / 2.5 afternoon) for the first 2 weeks, then moved to 10 mg per day (5 morning / 5 afternoon) for about another 5 weeks.
Even on this very low dose (Anavar only) I noticed an improved difference in energy levels, sex drive, muscle fullness and leanness. Quite remarkable really given how small the dose was.
These changes were of course fairly minor, but I could certainly tell the difference. I’d say the muscle fullness was comparative to when you load-in Creatine for a week, but with far better pumps during a workout.
The drop in body fat was very welcome, considering I didn’t increase my cardio or reduce my calorie intake.
Zero side effects too.
For a first dabble in PEDs I was happy with the result. I can only imagine what a higher dose, or a stack with an injectable could achieve.

As a first time user of any form of PEDs, understandably, I’d have some anxiety about ordering any online, even if it had a plethora of positive reviews.

As for the Anavar (Cenzo Pharma) itself. I started slow at 10mg a day, split from the morning to the evening, after 1 week increased it to 20mg on the same split, and then after 2 weeks went to 30mg on the same split, but with 10mg before training.
I definitely dropped a couple of % on my body fat, and my recovery and ability to perform training sessions increased to a noticeable level.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer, Gymnast, and Martial Artist consistently for the last 10 years, so I like to think I have enough of an understanding of what my body is capable of, that I wouldn’t put this down to a Placebo effect.
Now in my early 30s, it is nice to feel at the least, 5 years younger again.
I’m not saying this is the purpose of Anavar, I’m just saying this is what I feel I got from it. It is after all, anecdotal evidence.

I keep reading in some forums some jug-heads recommend using anavar for fat loss. Steroids are not fat burners. You need to have your diet and training in order or you will see no results. Anavar is a perfect anabolic, anabolic is by definition does not mean fat burner!

Anavar is amazing anabolic with minimal androgenic properties. Keep in mind that it has about 9 hrs of half life so if you want your blood levels be steady, you need to take it in the morning and evening. Some swear they get better results with meals but I prefer on empty stomach with lots of water.
