Administration (Men):
To treat androgen insufficiency, the prescribing guidelines for Sustanon call for a dosage of 250-300 mg every 3 weeks. Although active in the body for a longer time, Sustanon is usually injected every 7 to 10 days for muscle-building purposes. This schedule will allow for the higher doses most commonly applied by athletes, and more stable elevations in hormone level. The usual dosage among male athletes is in the range of 250-900 mg per injection, taken in cycles 6 to 12 weeks in length. This level is sufficient for most users to notice exceptional gains in muscle size and strength.
Sustanon is usually incorporated into bulking phases of training, when added water retention will be of little consequence, the user more concerned with raw mass than definition. Some do incorporate this drug into cutting cycles as well, but typically in lower doses (125- 300 mg every 7-10 days) and/or when accompanied by an aromatase inhibitor to keep estrogen levels under control. Sustanon is a very effective anabolic drug, and is often used alone with great benefit. Some, however, find a need to stack it with other anabolic/androgenic steroids for a stronger effect, in which case an additional 200-400 mg per week of boldenone undecylenate, methenolone enanthate, or nandrolone decanoate should provide substantial results with no significant hepatotoxicity. Testosterone is ultimately very versatile, and can be combined with many other anabolic/androgenic steroids to tailor the desired effect.
Some bodybuilders have been known to use excessively high dosages of this drug (1,000 mg per week or more), although this practice is generally not advised. At dosages above 750 mg per week, water retention will likely account for more of the additional weight gain than new muscle tissue. The practice of “mega-dosing” is inefficient (not to mention potentially dangerous), especially when we take into account the typical high cost of Sustanon. Such use is usually not justified outside of aggressive bodybuilding regimens.
Administration (Women):
Sustanon is rarely used with women in clinical medicine.

I used the Sustanon and Boldenone for a total of 15 weeks. I ran 250 Sustanon and 300 Eq every M-W-F. This was my pre-pre-contest cycle. I put on 17 lbs of muscle in 15 weeks while dropping 3% body fat. I was already 245 lbs with 12% body fat. So, I was pretty happy. I’m on TRT, so I cruised for a month and a half and then hit my pre-contest.
I looked great, but my blood pressure was high and I was sweating at night. But, once I dropped the Bold to 150/week and raised Sustanon to 500mg/week, it got much better.

I see lot of guys making a mistake and use sustanon twice or even 3 times a week. Inject your sustanon just once a week!
It’s a perfect mix of short acting as well as long acting esters so when you inject it once a week you use it correctly. If you inject sooner than that acting of esters will just mix up and you will defeat the purpose. I always prefer sustanon over test enanthate or cyp.

I’ve only used sustanon for trt and it works for me. I’m 50 don’t do heavy weights, just kettle bells occasionally and plenty of cycling. Stamina is up, upper body is more defined and fatigue is down. I inject 75mg twice a week via a 30g 0.5ml insulin syringe. It draws and injects quite easily. Only side effects are balls ache occasionally, but you get that with cycling anyway. I drink about 3 times a week and I’ve noticed I’ve never had a hangover since I started sustanon, so that’s a good side effect.
I’m sticking with Pharmabol!

My first cycle was last year and I was successful in gaining about 15 lbs of muscle after PCT – 600mg of Sust per week for 12 weeks.
This cycle, I’d like to make it 16 weeks as soon as the local gym is open. I’ve had enough time off from my last cycle.
My PCT protocol will be the same as last time: a combination of Clomid and Nolva for 4-5 weeks – after waiting 21 days after the last injection.

Sustanon is my favourite test mix as the whole idea was to give the user a constant, steady and sustained serum testosterone level. As each ester is used and then inactive the next ester in line picks up were the last one left off.

I haven’t exceed 500-600mg of Sustanon weekly on any previous cycles except for a one-time when I did it with Deca-durabolin. When I would do a steady 500mg, the sust usually kicked in about end of week 3rd. This cycle I’m increasing to 900mg per week so it would allow a higher peak concentration earlier in the cycle. One thing I am noticing right now is that I am really sweating a lot on the higher dose of sust. I am soaked when I wake up in the morning, more so that with enanthate. I’m using Cenzo brand by the way.

It was a bit painful injection. I know it’s pretty common with sustanon due to test prop but still website should have warned me about it. For the first timers. rubbing the injection site and putting heat on it will make it feel better though. Other than this little pain experienced I’m very happy with the results.

Testosterone is what it is. It doesn’t matter what esters it’s in, it’s still test. Sustanon has four different acting esters which keep the test levels constant throughout for up to about 8 days. Once the test from the prop ester wears off, the medium range esters will start releasing keeping levels constant. Once those wear off, the enth will start releasing which will again keep levels constant. If that’s what you want, I know that’s what I want, Sustanon is your perfect choice!

I would suggest injecting 1ml every 4 days. That will give you about 430mg of test per week, which is more than sufficient for your cycle history. Make sure you have proper PCT at hand.

I previously ordered deca which I found helpul to use for endurance and recovery pain. I will use again in the winter. I have Deca NPP and only take 100mg per week which works for my needs. Only side effect is some anxiety which I also got with deconate.

Among the all testosterone esters including suspension, Sustanon is my all time favourite.
Mind you, if your dosage is as high as mine, 600-900mg/week, you must use clomid and/or nolvadex.
Clomid will lower your estrogen whereas nolvadex will block estrogen receptors… You must lower estrogen to restore HPTA and begin endogenous testosterone production… This restoration will get you back to normal and you will be able to keep gains to a much higher degree.
